Rosé 2025
Our 2025 Rosé shows a pale salmon hue with a subtle bronze glint. The nose is inviting—rosewater, pink apple, and fresh flowers lifted by a hint of grapefruit. The palate is bright and textural, with lively acidity and flavours of red apple, watermelon, and melon candy. Creamy yet refreshing, it finishes with a gentle astringency that keeps you reaching for another sip.

Winemaker Notes
With Domaine A historically using Bordeaux as much of its source of inspiration, a rosé is not immediately obvious to have within our portfolio. However, Bordeaux has a number of brilliant rosé producers. These wines are typically softer in colour and not immediately fruity, rather they’re spicier and more textured. With yields in 2018 setting a record at Domaine A I decided to try to make a limited release rosé from some of our later ripening and less fruit driven parcels. Wild fermented and matured only in stainless steel this wine continues to exceed my expectations in making a very drinkable and approachable rosé from Bordeaux varieties. While still having fruit weight I think the texture and softness of the wine gives it great versatility and approachability.
