Stoney Vineyard Pinot 2018
Awarded 95 points, Halliday 2021
Surprisingly dark to look at (heavy purples, deep pinks—auberginesque), this is a slightly more savoury, intense take on a Tasmanian Pinot Noir. Sour cherry, vanilla and smoked charcuterie lead the nose, with the cherry carrying through to the palate, where things tarten and spice up a little: pepperberry, hawthorn, redcurrant and cranberry all present before some lifted savoury notes and medium tannins round things out.

The merlot is a wine we only produce when the vintage is exceptional, and the 2013 is entirely emblematic of that. The nose is a treasure trove of florals and spice (cedar, sandalwood, hints of menthol, camphor and lavender), while the deep, dark colour suggests what you'll experience on the palate: chocolate-coated cherries, beetroot and a hint of savouriness.
Domaine A Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
Awarded 95 points, Halliday 2018
A wine of absolute dedication. Aromatics of cherry blossom, blackberry and clove mingle with whispers of cedar and a palate of ripe dark cherry and cassis characters. Fine tannic structure and a perfect natural balance build to a fresh, brilliant finish. A remarkable wine with a proven record of critical acclaim.
